Tour Our Camper
Hi Friends!
its been about 3 weeks since I have posted on my blog. As we have been prepping for our big life change! Today, January 14, 2024 is a special day. Not only did 6 years ago, my husband asked me to marry him.
But I sold all of my business esthetician equipment. After being my own boss for 8 years I finally took the plunge to say goodbye for now. I will still be a Licensed Esthetician and Pro MUA but I am starting a shift in careers. Yes I will continue to be my own boss by being a stay at home mom and homemaker. But, Roamingtylers is also my full time job as of today, I should add. I have so much fun and exciting things planned and coming this year and years to come! While continuing my education in the spa and beauty industry, but saying goodbye to a storefront.
With all that out of the way let us move on to the fun part! Our Camper!
We bought a Crusader Fifth Wheel in October as just a camper. Wanting to go on camping trips this coming summer and fall. However God had a different plan for us. He has a sense of humor.
We are selling our home, fixing up my parents home (stay tuned for some renovation blog posts and videos), but we will be traveling to experience life! We will have a fresh start, and be completely debt free. For a being a young couple, that is huge! We will get to find our next place to call home and be able to fully marinate in the area, as where we live currently in the prairies of Colorado just doesn’t call to us anymore.
I know what you’re thinking…what?! I would never want to do that! Or wow! You are living my dream! I just want to say and to point out that this was a hard decision, a lot of sacrifice and prayers, lots and lots of crying and feeling like a failure. But this is God’s plan for us. How do we know? I was told by a wise client of mine, “You know if a dream or plan for your life is from God by feeling peace through it, having supernatural doors close, and supernatural doors open. You will know it’s from him and not the enemy when you can truly embrace his will and accept his plan.”
That doesn’t mean that it won’t be challenging. There were a lot of times I thought it was the enemy speaking these words to me because if you read my blog post “So Will I” you will have read that this came out of nowhere! And it did! I remember thinking to myself that I was crazy or maybe I am experiencing a young life crisis. That isn’t the case though. I now know, even if it is from God, you will be able to mourn your past and mourn your present. It’s ok to feel sad about the changes you are going to face but you will end up feeling at peace with the life change and be so excited for the future and just all that God has up his sleeve!
Our Crusader 382 MBH model, is a 2023, by Primetime Manufacturing. With all the comforts of home. Case will have his own bedroom, we have our own bedroom. We have a full equipped kitchen, no pantry unfortunately but we have some renovations we are changing into this camper to make it a home! We even have a fire place!
Check out our camper tour in the link below to fully see all that I mean before we make it a home for a little while.
We bought our camper from Mericle Rv in Fort Lupton, Colorado. We support small businesses as much as we can, because I myself, was a small business. They have some of the best prices in the state along with one on one customer service. The owner himself came to congratulate us on our purchase and was happy to see it go to a good home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
If you are experiencing a season or even a month or years of uncertainty, grief, boredom, sadness, anger, happiness, joy, mundane, all the feels. I get you. I empathize with you. I understand. It’s either a great feeling or a suffocating feeling. Feeling all that is lost. Feeling that you missed your chance at life. But it’s never too late. Even if you are 90 years old, you can always change who you are and how you see the world. You can always be a better person, by whatever means that are needing to change. As everyone’s story is different. And I am sharing mine with you. But pray, my friend, reading this post. If you don’t know God, ask him to reveal himself to you, and prepare for a life change. If you know God and are mad at him, don’t worry, he has big shoulders and can take what you are going to tell him. If you know God but feel overwhelmed and don’t have time, 5 seconds to say I love you or to say hi, will start your peace process.
He knows your heart. He knows what you are going to be feeling. What you are going to be giving up. Just breathe. In and out. In and out. It’s going to be ok, because he knows the way. Pick up your cross and carry it. You just might end up in a situation, place, season, new life, you could’ve never imagined yourself. With God by your side, who could ask for a better life than embracing his creation and being fully at peace.
Sending love,
Taylor
