Hi Friends,
If you have been biting the bullet to buy the viral Stanley Cup, but can’t grasp the price tag. I just came across these 2 options that no one is talking about that I have found.
I am a country girl. I love to be outdoors. Hence why we started roamingtylers and you can read more on that post here. But my husband and I love to shop at Cabelas and Bass Pro Shops. They have now since merged together so they are the same company just with different names. However, we were there just recently and you can see, Case loving the fishes.
to buy a generator for our fifth wheel. That will be in an upcoming post and video on the renovations we did to our camper! If you aren’t subscribed to our youtube, do so as we share content there as well!
I was walking around Cabelas to browse and I saw this!
How cute is this pale pink cup! Its a Stanley Cup dupe! Bass Pro Shops 40-oz. Mug with Slider Lid and Straw only $19.95! I put it immediately in the cart and I am going back to purchase the black one for Michael. They have a ton of color options. If you don’t want to be a “basic girl” (hate that term), but there is an option that says Bass Pro Shops. For your outdoorsy gal, that loves a good insulated cup.
Later on that day, we went to Walmart, to get a few items again for the camper. I was browsing again and saw this way in the back behind other cups. Another Stanley Cup dupe is the Ozark Trail, which is on sale for $14.95! We have loved the OZARK TRAIL brand for years. I have 4 of the smaller tumblers and 2 large ones. I will be taking all of these into the camper for full time travel, because they are sturdy, quality grade cups. I found one that has a beautiful ombre white and pink look that was in stores, but they have other colors online.
You could buy both of these for the price of ONE Stanley Cup! I am sold!
I have been using both of these and they are well insulated, they keep ice all day, they don’t sweat and they don’t leak at the top like a traditional Stanley Cup!
However, I think the price was right for those options. They are roughy around 40 years old and no problems. The new Stanley Cups are expensive to me and with the tops leaking, are a problem. Especially with juggling a toddler, pets, bags and water cup. I don’t want to be soaked just my trip to the car.
I do love the Stanley company! I love their “vintage” products but with the rising costs of living and grocery expenses, I will buy the dupe option. Just like I have cut back on high end beauty products, clothes, etc. I am about frugal living now in my late 20s! haha.
So long story short, try out the alternative dupe options as well. They are great! And if you want to splurge, then splurge friend! You do you, boo! I just love these cups and wanted to share!
This is your daily reminder to drink plenty of water, and if you need a new cup to make drinking water more fun, then go get it! I know I did!
Happy Friday!
